In alignment with the publication policy approved by the Editorial Board, ACADEMIA Nextgen Management Journal (ANMJ) follows a quarterly publication schedule, releasing four issues per year.

Key Deadlines
* Submission Deadline: 30th of Jan (for March issue) / 30th of April (for June issue) / 30th of July (for Sep issue) / 30th of October (for December issue)
* Peer Review Completion: By the 10th of the publication month
* Final Decision Notification: By the 20th of the publication month
* Publication Date: 30th or 31st of March / June / Sep / December

Additional Guidelines

• Early Submissions
  Manuscripts submitted before the deadline may be prioritized for review and editorial processing.

• Rolling Submissions
  ANMJ accepts submissions year-round. Manuscripts received after the deadline will automatically be considered for the next scheduled issue.

• Online First Policy
  To support rapid knowledge sharing, accepted papers may be published Online First prior to formal issue release.
