ACADEMIA Nextgen Management Journal (ANMJ)
We welcome submissions to ACADEMIA Nextgen Management Journal (ANMJ)—a peer-reviewed, biannual journal devoted to advancing knowledge in the field of contemporary management, business strategy, leadership, entrepreneurship, and organizational studies. All authors are requested to read and comply with the following submission and formatting instructions before submitting their manuscripts.
Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. If previously submitted or published in any form, full disclosure must be made in the “Comments to the Editor.”
All manuscripts must be submitted through the ANMJ submission portal:

Submissions must be prepared using Microsoft Word (version 2016 or later) and must conform to the formatting requirements below.
Include all content (text, tables, figures, references) within a single Word document.
Authors are required to register on the ANMJ website prior to submission.
Where applicable, include active URLs for all online references.
Title: Bold, UPPERCASE, centered, Times New Roman, 16 pt.
Author Info: Centered, under the title, Times New Roman, 12 pt. Include:
Full Name
Designation
Department, Institution, City, Country
Email Address
Corresponding Author: Clearly identify the corresponding author with:
Postal Address
Phone Number with country/area code
A concise abstract of no more than 200 words is required.
Use italicized, justified Times New Roman, 12 pt.
Must summarize: purpose, methodology, key findings, and conclusion.
Provide 3–10 keywords, in alphabetical order, separated by commas, and ending with a period.
Manuscript length: 3,500 to 6,000 words (excluding abstract and references).
Longer submissions may be returned for trimming before review.
Paper Size: A4 (8.27” × 11.69”)
Margins: 1 inch on all sides
Header/Footer: 0.5 inches from page edge
Spacing: 1.5 line spacing, single column
Use numbered headings (e.g., 1., 1.1., 1.1.1).
Note: Abstract and References sections must not be numbered.
All tables and figures should be embedded within the main document.
Tables:
Title placed above the table, bold, 12 pt, centered.
Figures:
Captions placed below the image, same formatting style.
Ensure high-quality images (minimum 300 DPI resolution).
Mathematical content must match the manuscript’s overall font and formatting.
Use equation editor or inline formatting as required.
Use APA Style (Latest Edition) for all in-text citations and references.
List references alphabetically at the end of the document.
In-text citations must match the reference list; vice versa.
No citations in the abstract.
Unpublished communications should only appear in-text.
For web references, include complete URL and metadata (author, title, date).
Submit a brief biography (50–100 words) for each author, covering academic background and research interests.
Include a passport-sized photo of each author.
A signed copyright agreement form must accompany the submission.
If the research was funded or sponsored by any institution, grant agency, or donor organization, it must be clearly acknowledged within the manuscript.
