ACADEMIA Nextgen Management Journal (ANMJ) is committed to advancing excellence in scholarly publishing within the field of management sciences. These editorial guidelines outline the ethical, procedural, and quality standards expected from authors, reviewers, and editors throughout the publication lifecycle.


1. Submission and Initial Evaluation

Scope and Relevance
Submitted manuscripts must be original and aligned with ANMJ’s focus areas, including (but not limited to): management theory and practice, business strategy, organizational behavior, innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Authors are encouraged to review the journal’s Aims & Scope prior to submission.

Plagiarism Screening
All manuscripts undergo plagiarism screening using tools such as Turnitin. ANMJ follows a strict policy—submissions with a similarity index above 10% may be returned or rejected.

Manuscript Format Requirements
Authors must follow ANMJ’s Author Guidelines and include:

  • Title and author(s) details

  • Abstract and keywords

  • Structured sections: Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion

  • References (APA Style)

  • Relevant tables, figures, ethical disclosures, and funding acknowledgments

Licensing Terms
Accepted articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), permitting non-commercial distribution with proper attribution, but prohibiting modifications.


2. Peer Review Policy

Double-Blind Review
ANMJ employs a double-blind peer review process:

  • Author and reviewer identities remain anonymous

  • Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent experts

Reviewer Selection and Ethics

Authors may appeal decisions by submitting a formal written request. Appeals are reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief and, where necessary, an independent subject expert.


4. Ethical Standards and Responsibilities

Authorship Criteria
All listed authors must contribute substantially to the research. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring author agreement and transparency during submission.

Conflict of Interest
Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any personal, institutional, or financial interests that could influence their judgment.

Research Ethics Compliance
Empirical studies involving human participants, surveys, or sensitive data must include ethical clearance (e.g., IRB approval) and informed consent declarations where applicable.


5. Post-Publication Policy

Corrections and Retractions
In the event of critical errors or ethical violations post-publication, ANMJ may:

  • Publish corrections or clarifications (Erratum/Corrigendum)

  • Retract the article with full disclosure

  • Update all associated records and notify indexing services

Digital Preservation
