In accordance with the publication policy set by the Editorial Board, the ACADEMIA Health Sphere Journal (AHSJ) follows a quarterly publication cycle, ensuring timely dissemination of high-quality, peer-reviewed research in health sciences, medicine, public health, and allied disciplines.
Key Deadlines
* Submission Deadline: 30th of Jan (for March issue) / 30th of April (for June issue) / 30th of July (for Sep issue) / 30th of October (for December issue)
* Peer Review Completion: By the 10th of the publication month
* Final Decision Notification: By the 20th of the publication month
* Publication Date: 30th or 31st of March / June / Sep / December
Rolling Submissions:
AHSJ accepts manuscripts throughout the year. If your manuscript is submitted after the cutoff for an upcoming issue, it will automatically be considered for the next scheduled issue.
Early Submission Priority:
Manuscripts submitted well ahead of the deadline may receive priority in peer review and editorial processing, potentially expediting publication.
Online First Publication:
To enhance the speed of knowledge dissemination, AHSJ may publish accepted papers online in advance of their scheduled issue (“Online First”). These articles are fully citable and will be included in indexing databases.
