The ACADEMIA International Journal of Clinical & Translational Health (AIJCTH) is committed to inclusive, merit-based publishing in the field of clinical and translational health sciences. While there is no fee for manuscript submission, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable only upon final acceptance of the manuscript. This charge enables sustainable, high-quality publishing and global dissemination of scholarly work.

As Pakistan is categorized as a Lower-Middle Income Country, the Article Processing Charge for authors based in Pakistan is PKR 30,000, payable after acceptance and before publication.

AIJCTH offers APC waivers or discounts for eligible authors, including:

  • Researchers from public-sector institutions with limited funding

  • Premium Members of the Academia platform

  • Manuscripts of exceptional academic merit or societal impact

Authors are strongly advised not to submit manuscripts without the intent to publish. Submissions made solely to obtain peer review feedback—without a genuine commitment to publication—may result in:

  • Immediate rejection

  • Disqualification from future submissions
