Abstract

Online learning has a great effect to develop receptive skills of learners at graduation level as well as kindergarten to middle-higher level. In online leaning students try to engage themselves with the help of their teachers as they would improve their basic skills and pass the subject with flying colors. In online learning students listen different speakers and solve grammar exercise as well as other problem-solving exercise to boast up their receptive skills. Reading and listening are skills through which writing, and speaking can be improved in a jiffy. Learners have said resources where they can acquire receptive skills as they were guided and engaged in various exercise. However, there are digital resources in which students could have engaged in receptive skills to enhance they’re not only receptive skills but also four of skills through which they can be the most confident and sound in language. Surely, there would be need of competency in such skills which would be guided by their teachers, and they will have interest too to develop their skills. The aim of this study was to examine the effect and relationship between receptive skills and online learning resources for undergraduate students. For this purpose the data has collected by using questionnaire consists on 33 items having five construct. Participants were undergraduate students at IBAIET KHAIRPUR Campus, Sindh. The collected data analyzed by using SPSS 24 to examine correlation between the two variables. The findings suggest that the coefficient of correlation r= 0.092, sig=0.451, N=71 which indicates that there is positive and moderate correlation between RS and IR Skills. Hence it rejects null Hypothesis therefore, alternative Hypothesis will be acceptable as depicted in the table below.
