Publication Fee (Article Processing Charges – APC)

Academia International Research Journal (Multidisciplinary) follows an inclusive, merit-based approach to academic publishing. There is no fee for manuscript submission. However, a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) applies only upon acceptance of the manuscript. The APC supports essential editorial services, digital hosting, and global dissemination of scholarly research.

What the APC Covers

  • Coordination of professional peer review and editorial handling

  • Manuscript formatting, typesetting, and layout (PDF, HTML)

  • DOI assignment and registration with CrossRef

  • Website hosting, digital archiving, and long-term content preservation

  • Indexing in academic databases and worldwide dissemination

Special Note for Authors in Pakistan

Pakistan is classified as a Lower-Middle Income Country; therefore, the APC for Pakistani authors is:

  • PKR 30,000 payable upon final acceptance.

Waiver Policy

APC waivers or discounts are available for:

  • Authors affiliated with public-sector universities facing financial constraints

  • Premium Members of the Academia platform

  • Manuscripts demonstrating exceptional academic merit or significant societal impact

Waiver requests should be submitted before or immediately after acceptance.

Important Note on Withdrawals

Authors should submit manuscripts only if there is genuine intent to publish. Submissions made solely to receive reviewer feedback without commitment to publication may result in:

  • Rejection without peer review

  • Loss of privileges to submit to the journal in the future

Please confirm you have adequate institutional or project funding to cover the APC before submission.
