Biota Nexus Journal does not charge any submission fee, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for researchers worldwide. To sustain open-access publishing and maintain rigorous editorial standards, a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable only upon acceptance of a manuscript.

As Pakistan is classified as a lower-middle-income country, the APC for authors affiliated with Pakistani institutions is:

APC waivers may be granted to authors who are Premium Members of the Academia.
To request a waiver, authors must contact the editorial office before submission or immediately after manuscript acceptance.

Biota Nexus Journal upholds ethical standards in scholarly publishing. Submitting a manuscript without genuine intent to publish—such as submitting solely to obtain peer-review comments or editorial feedback, may result in disqualification from future submissions.
Authors are strongly advised to confirm APC funding availability prior to submission to avoid delays, withdrawals, or complications after peer review.
