ATFJ is committed to supporting open-access dissemination of research in technology, engineering, and applied sciences. While no submission fee is charged, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable only after final acceptance of a manuscript.
The APC helps ensure the sustainability and quality of publishing services, including:
Management of the double-blind peer review process
Professional formatting, layout, and typesetting
DOI registration and long-term digital archiving
Maintenance of the journal’s online platform and hosting infrastructure
Inclusion in global indexing databases
Ongoing editorial and technical support for authors and reviewers

As Pakistan is classified as a lower-income country, authors affiliated with Pakistani institutions are required to pay:
PKR 30,000 (after acceptance)
Authors who are active Premium Members of the Scholar Club may apply for an APC waiver.
Waiver decisions are made at the discretion of the ATFJ editorial board.
Waiver requests must be submitted before or immediately after acceptance.

Authors are discouraged from submitting manuscripts without genuine intent to publish.
Submissions used solely for feedback or to exploit the review system may result in future disqualification.
Authors should confirm availability of funding or institutional support for APC payment before submitting.
