In recent business world, there is an increasing demand for companies to be innovative in a virtual world, but that innovation must come with ethical leadership. In addition to building trust, transparency, and accountability within organizations, ethical leadership also helps to establish a positive atmosphere for digital innovation adoption and implementation. This study emphasizes ethical leadership and its relationship with digital innovations and their implications on the organization's performance. The literature review is a comprehensive study of literature that summarizes the important mechanisms by which ethical leadership can lead to increases in employee engagement, the creation of an innovative culture, and technological adoption. A conceptual framework is proposed that illustrates the role of ethical leadership as a catalyst for digital transformation and its relationship to positive organizational outcomes, such as increased efficiency, competitiveness and sustainable growth. The study brings both theoretical and practical knowledge of the significance of combining ethics and digital innovation to managers and policymakers, contributing to the understanding of modern management practices.
