This research article provides a comprehensive analytical study of the profound correlation between Islamic dietary laws and modern medical science. It meticulously evaluates the foundational concepts of Halal (lawful) Haram (prohibited) Tayyib (pure) and Khabith (impure) as outlined in Quranic verses and Prophetic traditions (Sunnah). By bridging divine guidance with contemporary nutritional science, the study investigates the holistic impacts of food choices on both human physical health and psychological well-being. The research analyzes the biochemical composition and nutritional benefits of Halal food highlighting its essential profile of vital nutrients carbohydrates and healthy fats while contrasting it with the severe negative consequences of Haram consumption, such as exposure to dietary toxins and food contamination. Furthermore, the paper delves into the core principles of food safety, hygiene (Taharah) the professional handling of doubtful matters (Mushtabihat) and the socio-economic dimensions of the global Halal products market. Through this comparative paradigm, the study demonstrates that Islamic dietary ethics are seamlessly aligned with modern healthcare policies and proactive disease prevention. Ultimately, based on scientific evidence and traditional sources, the article presents practical recommendations for integrating these principles into contemporary health regimes and the broader food economy.
