Author Guidelines

1. General Submission Guidelines

Originality
Submissions must be original and must not have been published or be under review elsewhere. If the manuscript has been previously submitted to another journal, this should be clearly mentioned in the Comments to the Editor during submission.

Submission Portal
All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal submission portal

File Format
Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word (2016 or later) and submitted as a single document including all figures, tables, and images.

Registration
Authors must register on the journal website before submitting a manuscript.

URL References
Where applicable, active and accessible URLs must be provided for referenced sources.

2. Manuscript Formatting Guidelines

Title and Author Information

Title

  • Bold, UPPERCASE
  • Centered
  • Times New Roman, 16 pt

Author Details (below title, centered, Times New Roman, 12 pt)

  • Full Name
  • Designation
  • Department, Institution, City, Country
  • Email Address

Corresponding Author

Clearly indicate the corresponding author with:

  • Postal Address
  • Email Address
  • Contact Number (with country/area code)

3. Abstract and Keywords

Abstract

  • Maximum 200 words
  • Italicized and justified
  • Times New Roman, 12 pt
  • Should briefly describe background, objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions

Keywords

  • Provide 3–10 keywords
  • Alphabetically listed
  • Comma-separated and ending with a full stop

4. Word Count and Page Layout

Length

Manuscripts should be 3,500 – 6,000 words.

Layout

  • Paper Size: A4
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides
  • Line Spacing: 1.5
  • Text: Single-sided
  • Header/Footer: 0.5 inches from the edge

5. Sectioning

Use numbered headings and subheadings, for example:

  1. Introduction
    1 Background
    1.1.1 Subtopic

Sections such as Abstract and References should remain unnumbered.

6. Tables, Figures, and Equations

Tables

  • Title placed above the table
  • Bold, centered
  • Times New Roman, 12 pt

Figures

  • Caption placed below the figure
  • Same font and formatting as tables

Equations/Formulas

  • Must match the manuscript font and be properly formatted.

7. References and Citations

Citation Style

Use APA Style (Latest Edition) for both in-text citations and reference lists.

Reference List

  • Arranged alphabetically at the end of the manuscript.

In-Text Citations

  • Every cited source must appear in the reference list and vice versa.
  • Do not include citations in the abstract.

Unpublished Work

Mention only in the text as personal communication and do not include in the reference list.

Web References

Provide full URLs along with available metadata such as author, title, and publication date.

8. Author Biographies

Each author must provide:

  • A short biography (50–100 words)
  • A passport-size photograph
  • A completed Copyright Agreement Form

9. Funding and Acknowledgments

Authors must disclose any funding, sponsorship, or institutional support in a dedicated section at the end of the manuscript.

This section should include:

  • Name of the funding agency
  • Project title (if applicable)
  • Grant number (if available)

By following these guidelines, authors contribute to maintaining academic integrity, editorial consistency, and scholarly excellence. Manuscripts that do not comply with these requirements may be returned without peer review.
