Authors who publish in Academia Journal of Strategic Management and Finance (AJSMF) retain the copyright of their articles without restrictions. No transfer of copyright to the journal or the publisher is required.

By submitting a manuscript, authors grant AJSMF and its publisher, ACADEMIA (PRIVATE) LIMITED, a non-exclusive licence to publish the work, to identify the journal as its original publisher, and to distribute and archive it.

Licensing Policy

All articles are published open access under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This licence permits anyone to share, copy, redistribute, adapt and build upon the work in any medium or format, for any purpose, including commercial use, provided the original author(s) and source are properly cited, a link to the licence is provided, and any changes are indicated.

The licence and copyright statement are displayed on each article's landing page and in the published PDF.

Publishing Rights

Authors retain unrestricted publishing rights. They may:

  • reuse their article, in whole or in part, in future works such as books, theses or teaching materials;
  • enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version (e.g. posting it in an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in AJSMF;
  • deposit any version of the work (preprint, accepted manuscript or published version) in any repository or website without embargo, as described in our Archiving Policy.

Third-Party Material

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce any third-party material (such as figures or tables) that is not covered by an open licence, and must clearly indicate its source and licence terms in the article.
